In Rustico there is Fishermans Wharf. This restaurant is very big, and cateres to bus loads of visitors. So be prepared. They have a wonderful 60 foot salad bar that features all you can eat mussels, and every salad you can think of. They also have a dessert bar. If you don't want a main meal of lobster, you can just get the salad bar, and enjoy all it has to offer.
There are some local restaurants that offer lobster dinners, but for authentic lobster dinners one must go to one of the mentioned places.
